  4.   you can toggle this option to send it.

  6.   The GoodBye file can sometimes contain useful information that you
  7.   may need to know in the future, present, or past.  For example, your
  8.   Sysop may be a local computer store.  He/She may put some adds in there
  9.   containing special for their users.
